Maintenance Technician – North Seattle

About the role
Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its North Seattle team. You will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of residential properties, ensuring safety, functionality, and a high standard of appearance for residents and guests.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to resident service requests and complete repairs, including appliance fixes, in a timely manner.
- Perform “make‑ready” preparations for new move‑ins.
- Maintain cleanliness of building exteriors and parking areas.
- Assist with vendor coordination and other property‑related duties.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
Required profile
- Proven experience with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
- Background in painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to use the MS Office Suite.
