Leasing Professional – The Parker

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for The Parker community to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. The role involves guiding prospects through the leasing process, ensuring resident satisfaction, and securing lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any outstanding work with the maintenance team.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist, Facebook, and email.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
• Willingness to stay informed about local market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using online marketing tools including Craigslist, Facebook, and email campaigns.
