Leasing Professional – 550 Northridge Community

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the 550 Northridge community, a stabilized mid‑rise property with 220 units in Sandy Springs. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident retention targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with ability to engage prospective residents.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple leasing tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of local rental market and competitive landscape.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Proficiency in online marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
