Resident Service Coordinator – Luxury Apartment Community

About the role

The Resident Service Coordinator provides front‑line customer service to prospective and current residents while supporting property staff in delivering a high‑quality living experience at Soma Towers, a luxury high‑rise community in downtown Bellevue.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, manage phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate team members.
• Maintain guest suite schedules, ensure cleanliness and proper payment.
• Prepare clubhouse and common‑area amenities each morning before the leasing office opens.
• Compile and share local area information (restaurants, shops, delivery services) with residents.
• Coordinate resident activities, orient new tenants, assist with utility set‑up and package deliveries.
• Develop and publish a property newsletter featuring events, services and advertisements.
• Handle resident issues such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and incident reporting.
• Schedule clubhouse rentals, collect fees and manage related contracts.
• Process maintenance work orders, follow up with residents and generate weekly completion reports.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, reporting needed repairs.

Required profile

• Excellent customer‑service orientation with the ability to interact with a diverse group of people.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of the local neighborhood to assist residents and guests.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills, including internet use and standard software applications.
