Leasing Professional – Piedmont House

About the role

The Leasing Professional at Piedmont House will drive occupancy, revenue and resident retention for a high‑rise, stabilized community of 198 units in Atlanta. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospecting and tours to lease signing and move‑in, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before resident move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any outstanding maintenance items.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to perform all sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Attention to detail in apartment inspections and move‑in preparation.
• Awareness of local market conditions and competitor strategies.
• Capability to design and implement effective marketing programs.
• Proficiency with property management software for data tracking and reporting.
