Leasing Professional – Marchon Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to support the Marchon mid‑rise community during its lease‑up phase. This temporary position will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities: greet prospects, qualify leads, give tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare lease packages, and ensure smooth move‑ins.
• Inspect units before resident move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Temporary (fixed‑term) availability for a lease‑up environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to manage multiple leasing tasks.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics and competitor activity.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend shifts.
