Leasing Manager – Midrise Community (495 units)

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead all marketing, advertising, and leasing activities for the stabilized mid‑rise community of 495 units at Elan Madison Yards. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for meeting revenue, occupancy, and resident‑retention targets while overseeing a leasing team.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and on‑site traffic to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Set rent pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives based on market and competitor analysis.
• Develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans and creative pricing strategies.
• Utilize property‑management software to generate sales and leasing reports.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure unit readiness, conduct inspections, and create mini‑models for merchandising.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and manage move‑in procedures.

Required profile

• Proven ability to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Strong understanding of local market and competitor conditions.
• Experience developing and executing marketing and advertising plans.
• Familiarity with property‑management software and reporting tools.
• Ability to work with maintenance teams to maintain unit presentation.
