IT Help Desk Analyst – Salesforce Focus

About the role

Madison Davis is looking for an IT Help Desk Analyst with a focus on Salesforce to join its growing team in New York. The role serves as the first point of contact for employee technology issues while also providing day‑to‑day support for the company’s Salesforce environment. It offers a blend of classic desktop support and specialized CRM assistance, ideal for candidates eager to deepen their Salesforce expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for all employee technology requests, handling hardware, software, network, VPN, and printer issues.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, monitors, mobile devices and related peripherals.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including account provisioning and equipment setup.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across business applications and Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID.
• Document support tickets, resolutions, and technical procedures.
• Provide on‑site assistance at both the New York City and Elmsford offices as needed.
• Deliver day‑to‑day Salesforce user support, including navigation, troubleshooting, reporting, and workflow assistance.
• Maintain data integrity, user permissions, and assist with testing and rollout of new Salesforce features.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in an IT Help Desk, desktop or technical support role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently while collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel between the two office locations.
