Software Engineer

About the role

Courier Health is building the future of patient engagement for life‑sciences companies. As a Software Engineer you will design, build, and scale software systems that support a rapidly growing product and customer base, working across both backend and frontend stacks.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack software components using modern languages and frameworks.
• Leverage AI and large language models to create innovative product features.
• Own projects end‑to‑end, collaborating with Product, Design, and Client Solutions teams from scoping to rollout.
• Improve internal engineering processes, including testing, deployment, observability, and agentic coding.
• Participate in on‑call rotations to support production systems.

Required profile

• B.S. or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience developing software for cloud environments.
• Product‑engineering mindset with a balance of technical quality, velocity, and user value.
• Passion for improving healthcare through technology.
