Senior Growth Engineer

About the role

Comfy is building a product‑led growth engine for its AI‑creation platform. As a Senior Growth Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end experimentation loop—from identifying opportunities in signup, onboarding, activation, monetization and retention, to building full‑stack experiments and deciding what to ship.

Key responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities, formulate hypotheses, define metrics and guardrails, build and launch experiments.
• Design and implement both frontend experiences and backend services, including APIs, billing logic, and lifecycle integrations.
• Instrument experiments with feature flags, exposure logging, and event tracking; analyze results and make ship‑or‑kill decisions.
• Query product data, run SQL analyses, and collaborate with product, design, data, and marketing to translate insights into code.
• Turn successful experiments into production‑grade product features and document learnings for the team.

Required profile

• 6+ years of full‑stack software engineering experience with strong frontend and backend skills.
• Proven track record of owning activation, conversion, retention or revenue metrics and driving measurable improvements.
• Ability to work without detailed specifications, combining data, user insight and product judgment into actionable bets.
• Experience running real product experiments from hypothesis through analysis, including handling ambiguous or failed results.
