Data Analytics & Front Office Support Intern

About the role

The United Nations Office for Digital and Emerging Technologies (UNODET) is seeking a Data Analytics and Front Office Support Intern to join its team in New York. The internship will run for six months starting June 2026 and offers the opportunity to contribute to the Secretariat’s digital cooperation agenda while gaining hands‑on experience in data management and office coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain stakeholder data quality in the CRM by entering, verifying, deduplicating and updating records.
• Prepare structured spreadsheets and reconcile information to support data migration and integration workflows.
• Produce regular reports and data visualizations using Excel and related tools.
• Organise shared knowledge repositories, manage folder architecture and ensure information is current.
• Assist in the preparation of meeting materials, including formatting documents and compiling background data.
• Provide administrative and communications support, including web‑page updates and event coordination.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage accurate data records.
• Comfort working with multiple information sources and producing clear visual reports.
• Good organisational skills for handling meeting logistics and knowledge‑management tasks.
