About the role
This full‑time, grant‑funded position supports Title I campuses by delivering targeted instructional coaching, curriculum alignment, and data‑driven professional development. The facilitator works closely with teachers, administrators, and district leaders to advance educational equity and improve student outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct content, pedagogy, and instructional coaching to Title I schools.
- Implement coaching cycles such as Cognitive Coaching and Content‑focused Coaching.
- Analyze district and campus data to shape professional‑development plans and formative‑assessment practices.
- Support curriculum alignment vertically and horizontally across regions.
- Deliver workshops and training sessions, including evenings and weekends, for teachers and instructional leaders.
- Model and give feedback on instructional practices to foster reflective growth.
- Coordinate professional‑learning community meetings and support district transformation initiatives.
Required profile
- Experience working in Title I or similar high‑need school environments.
- Strong background in instructional coaching and curriculum implementation.
- Ability to interpret and use student achievement data to inform instruction.
- Excellent collaboration skills with teachers, administrators, and district staff.
- Commitment to the district’s instructional philosophy and equity goals.
