About the role
The Tawas Area Schools district is seeking a qualified K-12 Band Instructor to join its music department. This full‑time teaching position will support the band program for students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess band instruction for K‑12 students.
- Prepare rehearsal schedules and coordinate performances.
- Collaborate with school staff to integrate music education within the curriculum.

- Ability to teach band to K‑12 students.
