Human Resources Business Partner – Retail & Corporate

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will support Luckin Coffee’s corporate and retail teams by managing end‑to‑end talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. This role ensures HR practices align with business objectives and fosters an engaged, high‑performing workforce across all store locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for corporate and retail positions, including hourly and exempt roles.
• Partner with retail operations leaders to assess staffing needs and implement recruitment strategies.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation to deliver a seamless new‑hire experience.
• Serve as primary HR contact for retail employees on policies, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution.
• Manage disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans in line with company policies.
• Support annual performance review processes and coach managers on engagement and retention.
• Coordinate and facilitate training programs for retail staff and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, wage‑and‑hour regulations, and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, including attendance, payroll, and benefits.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to align initiatives with broader business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to partner with retail operations and provide HR guidance to managers.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
