Junior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join BIC World’s Talent Acquisition team. In this role you will support end‑to‑end hiring for a variety of positions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with global teams to attract top talent for our iconic brands.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in full‑cycle recruitment for multiple roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates and conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
• Post job openings on recruitment platforms and the company career page.
• Build and sustain a pipeline of potential candidates.
• Support onboarding documentation when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, hybrid work environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using LinkedIn for recruitment.
• Familiarity with job portals and online sourcing tools.
