Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator (French/English)

About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator to join our remote team. You will partner with the Operations Manager and clients across the United States and Canada, providing end‑to‑end support for our RPO services. Fluency in both French Canadian and English is essential to deliver a seamless experience for candidates and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for French‑Canadian and English‑speaking candidates and clients.
- Assist with entry and management of new job requisitions in U.S. and Canadian markets.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with regional labor laws, including FLSA, ESA, AODA and EEO standards.
- Maintain Québec language requirements (e.g., Bill 96) for communications and postings.
- Generate and maintain reports using Excel and the ATS; manage time‑card entry systems.
- Collaborate with recruiters and team leads across multiple time zones to meet growth targets.
- Identify process errors, provide coaching, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct interview training for new team members in both languages.
Required profile
- Native‑level fluency in French Canadian and English (written and verbal).
- Minimum three years of administrative experience in an RPO, staffing, recruiting, or HR environment.
- Strong knowledge of North American employment legislation, including AODA and EEO.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday schedule and provide shift coverage as needed.
Required skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
