Training and Education Director

About the role

The Training and Education Director will shape and execute a global learning strategy that supports Better Being Co.'s mission to deliver innovative natural wellness solutions. Reporting to senior leadership, you will partner with multiple departments to ensure training aligns with business goals and drives employee performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a worldwide training and education strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Design, create, and continuously improve curricula, materials, and resources for diverse regions and functions.
• Oversee delivery of training through in‑person sessions, e‑learning, webinars, and workshops, ensuring cultural relevance.
• Establish KPIs, analyze training data, and make data‑driven improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a global team of training professionals.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, and business leaders to integrate learning with broader talent initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and introduce innovative learning technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale training programs in a multinational environment.
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into effective learning solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record of using metrics to evaluate and improve training impact.
