Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

The Guest Experience Specialist at Residence Inn by Marriott creates memorable stays by guiding guests through every part of their visit. This role goes beyond traditional front‑desk duties, offering a hands‑on, guest‑first approach throughout the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of guest services, from check‑in/out to local area recommendations.
• Process operational needs, address guest requests promptly, and complete daily reports.
• Assist with food service delivery and ensure quality meals are provided.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment while moving throughout the property.
• Handle objects up to 25 lb, reach overhead, and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and stooping.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior work or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks safely.
• Commitment to company policies, confidentiality, and professional appearance.
