About the role

Join Chipotle’s fast‑casual restaurant team as a Crew Member. You’ll work in a dynamic environment where food is prepared fresh, and every interaction with guests helps shape a better dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items across stations such as grill, prep, salsa, and expo.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, and provide friendly customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dishwashing and sanitation tasks.
• Follow food safety and quality standards to ensure consistent, high‑quality meals.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep the restaurant running smoothly during peak periods.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for serving customers and teammates.
• Willingness to learn cooking techniques and restaurant operations.
• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
