Restaurant Crewmember

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Raising Cane’s restaurant team in Covington, LA. As a Restaurant Crewmember you will work across all shifts – opening, closing and everything in between – delivering fast‑food service in a fun, team‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous service to guests at the counter, drive‑through and dining area.
• Prepare menu items according to company standards, ensuring quality and safety.
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, including dining and kitchen areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties such as stocking, cleaning and equipment checks.

Required profile

• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests.
• Reliability, punctuality and willingness to work flexible hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling and standing for extended periods.

Required skills

• Basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
