Cocktail Server – Fine Dining – San Francisco

About the role

We are looking for professional cocktail servers with fine‑dining experience to join our bar/lounge team in San Francisco. You will be the face of the venue, ensuring every guest feels welcome, comfortable and enjoys a memorable experience. We also prioritize your growth and aim to be the best place to work in the city.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take beverage orders and verify age requirements.
• Collect payment, balance receipts and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Maintain a fully equipped service area with all necessary tools and products.
• Serve snacks or full dinner service as needed.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food, beverage menus and promotions.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of bartending or cocktail server experience, preferably in fine dining.
• Warm, outgoing personality with a passion for food and customer service.
• Commitment to delivering a unique and memorable guest experience.
• Punctual, patient and mindful of relationships with colleagues and guests.
• Good understanding of wine, cocktails and beer.
• Experience with POS systems and ability to stay calm under pressure.
