Full-Time Dishwasher – Seattle

About the role

Join the Bon Appétit team as a full‑time Dishwasher at the Brooks Sports location in Seattle. You will keep the kitchen and service areas clean, ensuring all dishes, cookware and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.

Key responsibilities

• Scrape, rinse and load dishes, pots, pans and trays into the dishwasher or wash by hand.
• Operate dishwashing machines, silver‑polishing equipment and chemical sanitation systems.
• Maintain proper temperature and chemical levels according to safety standards.
• Sweep, mop and clean kitchen floors, worktables, walls, refrigerators and other food‑prep surfaces.
• Remove trash, steam‑clean garbage cans and keep the dish area orderly.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas and assist with loading/unloading deliveries.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen sanitation experience is preferred.
• Ability to work the schedule of Monday‑Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
