About the role
The Lifestyle Coordinator supports day‑to‑day community management to drive resident retention. Working closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants, the role assists with move‑ins, creates and coordinates resident programs and events, and supports sales and marketing activities.
Key responsibilities
- Greet prospects and residents in the office/leasing area and ensure a welcoming experience.
- Assist with property tours and the move‑in process as needed.
- Answer phone calls, route inquiries to appropriate team members, and follow up on service requests.
- Maintain the guest suite schedule and coordinate its use.
- Plan, organize, and execute resident events and community programs.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives for the community.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to interact with residents and prospects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced community environment.
