Deal Advisor – Real Estate Transaction Specialist

About the role

The Deal Advisor acts as a trusted resource for real‑estate agents, helping them close transactions efficiently while supporting their professional growth. This position blends transaction management, contract review, coaching and training to ensure agents have the guidance and tools they need.

Key responsibilities

• Approve all documents in Transaction Manager for the assigned territory, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards and state regulations.
• Review and sign listing agreements and disclosures, confirming adherence to company and regulatory requirements.
• Authorize form modifications and manage contract changes, communicating clearly with agents to resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to agent inquiries on transactions, contracts and representation via email, phone or virtual meetings.
• Provide guidance on disclosure requirements and track all agent interactions in company systems.
• Conduct in‑person and virtual training sessions on transaction processes, local contract management and common errors.
• Offer strategic guidance on commission and fee discussions, coaching agents on objection handling.
• Present content and field Q&A at sales meetings to support agent understanding.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and peers to share best practices and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Active broker’s license in the state of service.
• 5‑7 years of experience in residential real‑estate transactions with strong knowledge of real‑estate laws, contracts and procedures.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset, open to feedback and eager to share knowledge.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and comfortable with emerging technology.
