Construction Cost Estimator (US Market)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Construction Cost Estimators to support U.S.-based commercial, residential, industrial, and specialty trade projects. Candidates must have strong English communication skills and be able to work independently on multiple estimates.

Key responsibilities

• Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis.
• Prepare detailed project estimates and proposals.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Submit competitive bids within deadlines.
• Manage multiple estimates and project scopes simultaneously.

Required profile

• Proven experience in U.S. construction estimating across various trades.
• Strong understanding of blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent English listening and speaking abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
