Construction Superintendent – Luxury Retail & Residential

About the role

Michilli Inc. is seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to lead the day‑to‑day execution of high‑end retail, luxury residential, and commercial projects across the United States. The role demands strong leadership, meticulous attention to quality and safety, and the ability to translate ambitious designs into finished spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site construction activities from award to project close‑out, ensuring schedule adherence and quality standards.
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and scopes for retail and residential projects.
• Manage subcontractors, track performance, and enforce safety protocols and PPE compliance.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Project Teams to align schedules, procure materials, and guarantee timely deliveries.
• Prepare daily reports, photo logs, job diaries, and update Procore daily.
• Facilitate toolbox meetings, maintain transparent communication, and generate punch lists for project close‑out.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of construction supervision experience, preferably in luxury retail or high‑end residential projects.
• Experience with general contracting and managing multiple trades.
• Superintendent License (preferred) and required safety certifications (OSHA 30‑hour, OSHA 10‑hour).
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate diverse teams.
