Construction Cost Estimator (US Market)

About the role
We are seeking experienced Construction Cost Estimators to support U.S.-based commercial, residential, industrial, and specialty trade projects. Candidates must have strong English communication skills and be able to work independently on multiple estimates.
Key responsibilities
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis.
- Prepare detailed project estimates and proposals.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Submit competitive bids within deadlines.
- Manage multiple estimates and project scopes simultaneously.
Required profile
- Proven experience in U.S. construction estimating across various trades.
- Strong understanding of blueprints and construction documents.
- Excellent English listening and speaking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
