District Field Trainer – Central West

About the role

Join KONE as a District Field Trainer for the Central West region, supporting installation and modernization projects across Denver, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, and Albuquerque. You will lead training initiatives, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in field operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level field training and guidance to support rollout of development projects and critical strategies across the Central West region.
• Ensure field crews deliver installation and modernization projects safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with procedures, codes, and quality standards.
• Resolve complex technical challenges and drive continuous improvement through coaching and feedback.

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive experience in the elevator‑escalator industry, including management, coaching, and training.
• Frontline labor operations or IUEC field foreman experience preferred.
• Proven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, projects, and resources.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75% domestic and occasional international).
