Chief of Staff, Sales

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Chief of Staff for Sales to design and run the operating system that powers our fast‑growing global sales organization. Working directly with the Global Head of Sales, you will translate complex business challenges into data‑driven processes, tools and reports that boost sales effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Global Head of Sales and regional leaders to identify and solve operating inefficiencies.
• Design, build and maintain Salesforce and Gong reporting environments that provide visibility into pipeline, renewals, seller activity and key performance metrics.
• Streamline cross‑functional processes with Marketing, Pricing, Legal and RevOps to improve the end‑to‑end sales motion.
• Turn management questions into actionable dashboards at the rep, manager, regional and global levels.
• Lead a small team while remaining an active contributor to solution development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or a similar function supporting a complex, enterprise‑level sales organization.
• Hands‑on expertise building Salesforce reports, dashboards and Gong analytics.
• Strong analytical ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Commercial judgment and a bias toward rapid execution.
• Experience leading a small team in a global environment.
