About the role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead outbound sales for an AI‑driven web and data search platform. This early‑stage, well‑funded company is building a team from the ground up and offers direct influence on go‑to‑market strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement outbound sales playbooks and pipeline strategy.
- Recruit, train, and scale a Business Development Representative (BDR) team.
- Set and achieve pipeline targets, tracking performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and the founding team.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in BDR/SDR leadership or senior individual contributor roles.
- Proven track record of building and scaling outbound teams in SaaS or developer‑focused products.
- Data‑driven mindset with ability to report and iterate on metrics.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, ambiguous early‑stage environment.
