About the role
Finalsite is seeking an Associate Sales Consultant to join its remote sales team. This early‑to‑mid‑career, quota‑carrying position focuses on generating pipeline and closing bookings through outbound prospecting, inbound lead engagement, and expansion of existing smaller accounts within the education technology segment.
Key responsibilities
- Complete onboarding, product training, and sales methodology certification within the first 90 days.
- Identify and prioritize new client targets based on ideal client profiles and buyer personas.
- Develop and nurture cross‑sell opportunities with assigned existing customers.
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover client goals, challenges, and success criteria.
- Deliver needs‑based product demonstrations and tailor solutions to client use cases.
- Advance opportunities through the sales process toward close, collaborating with BDRs and Marketing.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Early to mid‑career sales professional with a strong desire to build a SaaS sales career.
- Demonstrated consultative selling ability and comfort with full‑cycle sales.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience or interest in education‑focused, mission‑driven organizations.
