About the role
We are seeking a forward‑thinking Sales Trainer who is passionate about developing people, improving performance, and helping sales attorneys reach their full potential. In this role you will design, deliver, and continuously improve sales training programs that equip our legal sales team with the skills, confidence, and tools needed to serve clients and achieve exceptional results.
Key responsibilities
- Assess sales performance, identify gaps, and provide coaching and feedback.
- Enhance and maintain scalable sales training curricula.
- Create engaging physical and digital training materials such as videos, presentations, guides, and case studies.
- Lead onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing sales attorneys.
- Conduct individual and team coaching sessions focused on performance metrics.
- Monitor KPIs and sales objectives to measure training effectiveness.
- Develop role‑playing scenarios and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
- Report on training impact, including sales performance improvements.
- Maintain organized records of training materials, participation, and costs.
- Partner with leadership to reinforce best practices and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, or similar role.
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in‑person, coaching, and web‑based learning.
- Hands‑on experience with e‑learning platforms and modern training methodologies.
- Strong organizational and project‑management skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to motivate and influence individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Additional certifications in training, coaching, or adult learning are a plus.
- Willingness to travel nationwide up to 20 weeks per year.
