About the role
Guidde is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of large‑scale customers. You will act as the trusted advisor for organizations with 3,000+ employees, turning product usage into strategic, revenue‑generating relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Own and expand a book of enterprise accounts, identifying growth opportunities and closing expansion deals.
- Convert product usage and inbound interest into executive alignment, managing qualification, deal progression, and closing.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments, building relationships with users, champions, economic buyers, and executives, including security, legal, and procurement teams.
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, Sales Ops, and Leadership to drive adoption and coordinate account strategy.
- Operate in PLG‑influenced deals, bridging grassroots adoption to structured commercial agreements.
- Maintain pipeline and forecast discipline, tracking expansion and new‑logo opportunities and balancing short‑term revenue with long‑term account health.
Required profile
- 4–6+ years selling B2B SaaS into Mid‑Market and Enterprise, with a strong track record of account expansion.
- Proven ability to close complex deals involving multiple stakeholders, legal, security, and procurement processes.
- Familiarity with product‑led growth (PLG) motions and converting user adoption into commercial outcomes.
- Strong autonomy, judgment, and ability to operate independently while prioritizing thoughtfully.
