Vice President, Real Estate Partnerships & Bulk MDU Sales

About the role

Skywire Networks is seeking a senior, commercially‑driven executive to build and lead its real‑estate partnership and bulk MDU sales engine across the Greater New York multifamily market. The Vice President will act as the primary external representative to owners, developers, managing agents and boards, turning relationships into qualified opportunities and closed deals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain senior‑level relationships with multifamily owners, managing agents, developers, brokers, attorneys and condominium/co‑op boards to position Skywire as a trusted connectivity partner.
• Identify, qualify and manage a disciplined pipeline of bulk MDU opportunities, from market mapping through proposal, negotiation, contract execution and implementation hand‑off.
• Lead deal strategy, structuring and negotiations, crafting commercial proposals in partnership with engineering, finance, legal and executive teams.
• Build systematic channels with managing agents, property managers and owners to generate portfolio‑level opportunities and repeat transactions.
• Engage early with conversion specialists, architects and construction managers on marquee renovation and conversion projects to secure reference accounts.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales engineering, finance and legal to ensure technical feasibility, pricing, and contract economics.

Required profile

• Proven track record in senior‑level business development and partnership building within the New York multifamily real‑estate sector.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience structuring and negotiating large‑scale service agreements and portfolio contracts.
• Ability to manage complex, multi‑party decision processes and maintain momentum through long sales cycles.
• Executive presence and credibility to represent Skywire at industry events, forums and conferences.
