About the role

The Banking Product Owner will join Infosys' Digital Experience (DX) unit in Jersey City, driving process‑centric product initiatives for banking clients. You will lead advanced analysis, design, and implementation of automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and support strategic business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive process analysis using techniques such as process mining, workflow simulation, and efficiency modelling to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Develop complex data models that provide actionable insights for process enhancement and strategic decision‑making.
• Evaluate complex IT solutions, ensuring they align with process‑centric objectives and deliver measurable operational benefits.
• Create technical documentation that translates intricate process concepts for both practitioners and business stakeholders.
• Research emerging process tools, assess vendor roadmaps, and recommend innovative solutions to boost efficiency.
• Design architectural blueprints for process enhancements and automation, addressing current and future business needs.
• Formulate proactive maintenance strategies to ensure system health, scalability, and sustained performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in large‑scale enterprise programs, preferably within the banking sector.
• Strong expertise in advanced process analysis methodologies and tools.
• Ability to evaluate IT solutions and align them with process improvement goals.
• Innovative mindset with a focus on adopting new technologies.
