About the role
We are looking for a Mid-level Quantitative Developer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize in-house research data platforms, providing quantitative researchers with reliable, high-quality data sources and analysis tools.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize in-house research data platforms (including price, volume, fundamental, and alternative data) to deliver stable data sources and analysis tools.
- Establish protocols for data injection, processing, quality assurance, anomaly detection, archiving, and continuously streamline processes.
- Collaborate with external partners to onboard new datasets, perform domain‑specific data analysis and mining, and evaluate new data sources with quant researchers.
- Develop and maintain quantitative research tools to support the research team.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related technical field.
- 4–5 years of professional programming experience.
- Fast, rigorous, and critical thinking with strong teamwork and communication skills.
