About the role
We are seeking a Junior Quantitative Developer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize our in‑house research data platforms. You will work closely with quantitative researchers to ensure they have reliable, high‑quality data sources and analysis tools.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize data platforms covering price‑volume, fundamental, and alternative data.
- Establish protocols for data injection, processing, quality assurance, anomaly detection, archiving, and process improvement.
- Collaborate with external partners to onboard new datasets, perform domain‑specific analysis, and evaluate data sources with quant researchers.
- Develop and maintain quantitative research tools used by the research team.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related technical field.
- 1–3 years of professional programming experience.
- Fast, rigorous, critical thinker with strong teamwork and communication skills.
