AI Engineer with Copilot & Genesys

About the role

Infosys is looking for an AI Engineer to join its Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) unit. The role focuses on building AI‑first solutions that integrate Microsoft Copilot and Genesys technologies for clients in the telecom and media sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Document and elicit business requirements for AI‑enabled contact‑center solutions.
• Facilitate design discussions and capture architectural decisions.
• Develop, test, and integrate new features into existing applications while ensuring system stability.
• Perform code reviews, manage code repositories, and maintain high‑quality code standards.
• Define and execute test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues, proposing preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of code changes, testing procedures, and support activities.
