About the role

Expeditors is seeking an IT Support Associate I to provide front‑line technical assistance to employees worldwide. You will ensure reliable operation of hardware, software, network connectivity, and enterprise technology systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for hardware, software, and network issues, resolving or escalating as needed.
• Assist with system installations, updates, patching, and basic configuration under senior guidance.
• Troubleshoot operating systems, enterprise applications, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures in the IT ticketing and knowledge‑management systems.
• Contribute to knowledge‑base articles to improve self‑service capabilities.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to users of varying technical knowledge.
• Escalate complex problems to senior technicians or specialized support teams with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.
