About the role
We are seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to join our office team. The role involves providing front‑desk support, handling communications, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage front‑desk activities, greet visitors and direct inquiries.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
- Answer telephone calls and route them to appropriate staff.
- Handle incoming applications and maintain accurate records.
- Perform basic website maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate training sessions and related logistics.
- Administer workers’ compensation, disability, FMLA, and other leave requests.
- Perform various other administrative duties as needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience working in a busy office environment.
- Valid New York State driver’s license.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
