About the role
We are seeking a high‑performing Account Executive to help drive the rapid expansion of our global talent solutions across the United States. This remote position focuses on building a pipeline from scratch, winning trust quickly, and closing high‑value, mid‑market deals.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Develop and execute a territory strategy for the US mid‑market.
- Generate pipeline through outbound outreach, partnerships, referrals and creative prospecting.
- Win new logos and expand the company’s presence across North America.
- Sell directly to founders, COOs, CFOs and operational leaders.
- Position the business as a premium, strategic workforce solution.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape the US go‑to‑market strategy.
Required profile
- Proven success in B2B new‑business sales.
- Strong pipeline generation and outbound sales capability.
- Experience closing mid‑market or complex multi‑stakeholder deals.
- Comfortable operating in high‑growth, fast‑moving environments.
- Self‑sufficient and highly motivated in a remote setting.
- Passion for building markets rather than inheriting them.
