Vice President, Store Operations & Execution

About the role

The Vice President, Store Operations & Execution will lead day‑to‑day performance across a multi‑region retail network. This senior leader translates corporate strategy into consistent in‑store execution, operational discipline, and exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Drive enterprise‑wide store operations, ensuring adherence to brand, service, and operational standards.
• Own execution of merchandising, promotions, pricing, visual standards, and customer experience initiatives at the store level.
• Improve sales productivity, labor efficiency, shrink reduction, expense control, and overall store profitability.
• Partner with Merchandising, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to deliver seamless in‑store initiatives.
• Lead regional and district managers, providing coaching, accountability, and performance management.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for continuous improvement.
• Oversee store readiness for new openings, remodels, seasonal transitions, and major events.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss‑prevention, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing store operations leadership team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in store operations or field leadership within retail.
• Proven track record of driving executional excellence across large, multi‑unit footprints.
• Strong understanding of store operations KPIs, labor models, and profitability drivers.
