National Account Manager – QSR & Chain Foodservice

About the role

Bridor USA is looking for a seasoned National Account Manager to lead its growth in the quick‑service restaurant (QSR) and chain foodservice market across the East Coast and Central United States. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will act as the strategic architect for building a repeatable go‑to‑market model, partnering with large multi‑unit operators such as McDonald’s, Chick‑fil‑A, Dunkin’, and others.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct a SWOT analysis of Bridor’s portfolio and define a target account universe of national and power‑regional chains.
  • Develop and execute a strategic pipeline and RFP roadmap, identifying product gaps and new‑product opportunities.
  • Lead high‑level hunting activities, establishing relationships with culinary, procurement and innovation teams to drive menu ideation and product positioning.
  • Own the RFP and commercialization process, guiding internal teams on requirements to win business.
  • Identify and engage appropriate brokers and distribution partners, advising on go‑to‑market structures where penetration is low.
  • Act as an internal thought leader, educating the organization on chain/QSR selling dynamics, success factors and competitive positioning.

Required profile

  • Proven experience selling to QSR, fast‑casual or national chain restaurants.
  • Demonstrated success moving from regional to national account exposure.
  • Deep understanding of complex menu development cycles, RFP processes and broker/distributor ecosystems.
  • Willingness to travel 50%+ and work from a location near a major airport.
