Merchandising Specialist

About the role

The Merchandising Specialist ensures the sales floor and showroom are fully stocked, well‑presented, and clean. You will greet customers, assist them in locating merchandise, and help create a professional, inviting retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and direct them to merchandise or a parts specialist.
• Check‑in, price, and display stock, keeping the floor fronted and full.
• Update planograms, change displays, apply price labels, and manage sale signage.
• Conduct stock adjustments, cycle counts, and handle overstock returns.
• Assist the manager with weekly inventory and merchandising tasks.
• Occasionally operate as a cashier or drive a delivery vehicle when needed.

Required profile

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to read, write, and match numbers and letters accurately.
• Comfort working in a team environment.
• Previous stocking experience is preferred.
• Bilingual candidates, especially Spanish speakers, are encouraged to apply.
