About the role

The Auto Care Center Team Associate works at a Walmart Supercenter to provide vehicle‑care services for customers while they shop. This full‑time position involves interacting with customers, handling vehicle maintenance tasks, and supporting the center’s technology and business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle‑care needs, ensuring a positive experience.
• Perform basic automotive services and inspections as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow scheduled shifts (mid‑shift or closing) and adhere to Walmart’s policies.
• Support advanced associate training and adopt new technologies used in the Auto Care Center.

Required profile

• Eligible to work full‑time in the United States.
• Willingness to work mid‑shift or closing hours.
• Ability to meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
• Commitment to a drug‑free workplace and safety standards.
