Worship & Technical Arts Director

About the role

Crossroads Bible Church is seeking an Interim Worship and Technical Arts Director to lead and coordinate worship services and technical production, ensuring excellence in both music and media.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the overall quality of Sunday morning worship services.
• Regularly lead worship or coordinate worship leaders and teams.
• Recruit, schedule, and train worship team volunteers.
• Coordinate rehearsals and prepare teams for services.
• Assist with worship for special services and church events.
• Participate in weekly technical production of worship services.
• Maintain and organize technical equipment and systems.
• Create and maintain schedules for worship teams.
• Communicate clearly with volunteers, staff, and participants.
• Manage the worship and technical arts budget with the supervising pastor.
• Attend all monthly all‑staff meetings.

Required profile

• A committed follower of Jesus who aligns with the church’s theology, mission, and values.
• Strong administrative and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with pastors, staff, and volunteers.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Track record of servant leadership.
