Wholesale Assistant – Fashion Retail

About the role

As a Wholesale Assistant at Cult Gaia, you will support the Wholesale team by managing sample communications, coordinating with retailers, and assisting with sales documentation. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure smooth market preparation and account prospecting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Sales Representatives with administrative tasks, including adding imagery to sales reports and creating line sheets in JOOR.
• Maintain the contact sheet for the Wholesale team.
• Coordinate sample management across Wholesale, Production, E‑commerce, and PR.
• Develop copy templates for accounts, covering EAN codes, pricing, composition, and other product details.
• Create product knowledge decks for major accounts.
• Prepare market activities by printing buy books, packing and unpacking samples.
• Collaborate with Production, PR, and E‑commerce teams on various projects.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in wholesale, sales support, merchandising, fashion, or a related administrative role (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail when handling product information and pricing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional demeanor.
• Proactive, resourceful, and solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Production, PR, and E‑commerce.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with JOOR or other wholesale management platforms.
