Weekend SOC Registered Nurse – Home Health Visits

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Weekend Start of Care Registered Nurse to provide home health visits in Anne Arundel County. The role offers flexible full‑time or part‑time schedules, 1:1 patient care, and a strong work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans and perform home visits within assigned geographic territories.
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as needed.
• Monitor client conditions, report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager, and document doctors' orders.
• Conduct client assessments, case management, and coordination.
• Accurately document observations and interventions using a state‑of‑the‑art touch‑pad tablet.

Required profile

• Current Maryland RN license.
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to assigned cases.

Required skills

• Solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
