Weekend Registered Nurse – Home Health Visits

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide weekend home health visits for adult and geriatric clients across Chester County. The schedule runs Friday‑Sunday or Saturday‑Monday, offering full‑time, on‑site patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Perform home visits in assigned geographic territories, following each patient’s care plan.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures as ordered.
• Monitor client conditions, report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager, and document all observations on a tablet‑based EMR system.
• Execute doctors’ orders, conduct client assessments, and coordinate case management activities.

Required profile

• Current Pennsylvania RN license.
• At least one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to client homes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and solid computer proficiency.

Required skills

• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) usage, preferably with tablet devices.
• Medication administration and wound‑care techniques.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and scheduling.
