Weekend Onboarding Compliance Contractor

About the role

Rho is seeking a Weekend Onboarding Compliance Contractor to support our compliance team on weekends. You will assist with onboarding reviews, compliance documentation, and help maintain application review velocity while ensuring adherence to U.S. banking regulations and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing client onboarding applications and related due‑due diligence tasks.
• Perform document reviews using internal systems and escalate to full‑time onboarding officers for final review.
• Send requests, verify required documentation, and flag potential issues to the senior compliance team.
• Maintain accurate records and update case statuses in compliance systems.
• Support team members with process documentation and workflow tracking.
• Communicate urgent issues to supervisors or full‑time onboarding officers for prompt resolution.

Required profile

• In‑progress or completed associate/bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 6 months experience in compliance, finance, banking, or customer service.
• Basic understanding of BSA/AML or related banking/fintech regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organization, and proactive problem‑solving.
• Ability to work independently on weekends and meet service levels.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
